Who Else Wants To Get Paid To Speak?

Are You Ready To Speak & Make Millions?

Becoming a well-paid public speaker isn't as tough as most people think. And I'm about to blow your mind with how easy it is to get up and running in the next 7 days.

First, you have to forget everything you've heard about making money as a speaker. 50% of it is probably wrong - or at least outdated. So, here are 7 quick hitters to help you hit the ground running as a paid public speaker.

Tip #1: You don't need to be a celebrity to be a highly paid public speaker.
In fact, I bet you've never heard about me and my speaking career has brought me millions. So, that's good news for you, right? Forget all those folks who tell you that you have to be famous to get paid a lot of money speaking -- ya don't.

Tip #2: You don't need to be a great orator or public speaker.
Sounds strange, doesn't it? But it's true, you don't have to be able to move millions of people to action to start making money in this game. What you DO need is a message that people want to hear.

Tip #3: You don't need a lot of money to make a lot of money speaking.
Start-up expenses for speakers is less than $20 and here's why. I recommend that you get a $10 domain name (yourname.com) and set up a free blog (like this one) and you're ready to go.

The final 4 tips are your "fast start" to dos.

Tip #4: Have a nice slice of P.I.E.
I take my clients through an exercise where they write down their Passion, Interests & Expertise. From that list, they should have at least 3 topics they can speak and make money from.

Tip #5: Start Speaking
If you've got a topic you're passionate about, turn on your webcam and record a 5-minute speech.

Tip #6: Set up and post on your YouTube page.
YouTube is the world's largest online television network. You're bound to have some viewers.

Tip #7: Be sure there's a link from your YouTube page to your website (from tip #3), where people can go and buy your products and services -- or book you to speak!

Guess what, you're a speaker! Congratulations!

  1. Fran,

Great Post...and I will definitely be coming to your next event. What a great overview of the necessary steps for me to get started as a public speaker.

I have been putting it off for so long because it I felt I had to have or be most of those things on your list.

I look forward to hearing you speak and getting even great information about how I can finally pursue something I've put off for way to long...

  2. This is a can-do approach to something many of us try to avoid- public speaking. Your steps make it sound possible even for the faint-at-heart to share some area of knowledge and get paid for it.

Thanks for your encouraging posting and the invitation to hear more at your next Speak&MakeMillions event.

  3. Wow, myth breakers galore! My honey is ALWAYS talking about getting on stage--he is such a HAM. He thinks I am, but I beg to differ. I am going to let him know to check out this post so maybe he can get paid for what he loves! Thanks!
